Still glamorous, 62-year-old Diane von Furstenberg graces! the cover of Town and Country magazine, almost forty years after her wrap dress made her famous.
What we love about Diane von Furstenberg: Her recent holiday collection was inspired by Wonder Woman, but it's the motto that we like: "Be the Wonder Woman you can be."
What makes our hearts go pitter-patter: A portion of the collection's proceeds went to Vital Voices Global Partnership, a nonprofit foundation that promotes women's economic progress.
von Furstenberg says, "I'm so committed to it; they help so many people."
"I want to play an important role in helping women all over the world to empower themselves."

40-year-old Debra Messing graces the cover of the September issue of
Town and Country. She talks about her upcoming film
The Women as her only time in memory of an all-woman cast. She also commented on how women are affected by aging.
"I couldn't imagine that women of such talent and stature would be affected by getting older. I learned that they did feel a switch, but they were refusing to be defeated and taking control of their creative needs - Jada was directing for the first time, Meg was producing The Women, Annette was about to do a play. I found that inspiring."

In the case for showing less skin this summer, read the witty article about social graces in the haute summer heat that begins, "Waiter, there's a breast in my soup." Learn the five summer fashion faux pas when the mercury rises:
- Raisinitis: protrusions that spout when a woman is exposed to cold or her top is too tight or both.
- Muffin top: When you belly hangs over your jeans.
- Whale tail: A thong that protrudes above the waistband of low cut jeans.
- Camel toe: When pants mold to the anatomy, cleaving and compressing.
- Clothetrophoic: A woman overcome with discomfort when her outfit is too tight.
Five summer scents:
- Hampton Sun's Privet Bloom
- Bobbi Brown Beach (one of our faves)
- Herme's Un Jardin Apres la Mousson
- Michael Kors Island Capri
- Missoni Acqua
