Dear Amanda, I have recurrent problems with dermatitis/blepharitis type problems that affect my eyelids and also the skin right under my eyes. I can usually get the symptoms under control with a variety of methods, but unfortunately after the inflammation and swelling subsides I am left with lots of parchment-like wrinkling of the skin, most notably under my eyes.
