My hairdresser is the best, and her mom was my best friend till she died of cancer. But, I have always tipped all my hairdressers at least 25%, unless it was, bad, real bad. I have thick, very curly hair and these poor woman have to work so hard to blow it straight...they deserve it! Especially if they do a good enough job not to have to use a straight iron!!

I love this iron but my absolute fave has to be this one: http://www.salonhive.com/karmin-g3-salon-pro-hair-styling-iron.html It does wonders on my thick, frizzy hair. I now get consistently straight hair in very little time and with no frustration!
