The "Skineez" on Banishing Cellulite with Body Shaper

Fashion Review

What do you get when you cross a body shaper with body moisturizer?
Skineez Skincarewear.

The skinny on Skineez Skincarewear:

It's part of a new category of clothing called "cosmetotextiles," or clothing that also offers cosmetic qualities. Skineez Skincarewear is actually shape wear that is also skincarewear.

The garment has microcapsules filled with moisturizers like Shea butter, Vitamin E, and rose hip oil. It's also scented with a light fresh citrus scent. An added bonus is that the microcapsules also contain ingredients to help smooth and firm your skin ultimately reducing the appearance of cellulite. This product is great for women who have really dry skin, cellulite and even stretch marks. It feels soft, comfortable and is not constricting.
The new line includes a Thigh Slimmer and Waist Slimmer in nude and black. The starter kit includes a small bottle of Skintexskincare spray.

Unlike other products, Skineez can actually be washed approximately 10 times and, then, reloaded with the Skintex skincare spray. That means that your garment keeps working for you! All you do is spray the inside of the wet garment with the spray, throw it in the dryer and you're good to go for the next 10 washes.

Our reviewing team, who comes in all shapes and sizes, has tried Skineez for short periods of time. Of the four women testing the garment, no one has been able to gear themselves up for an eight-hour stint for four to six weeks to test the claim that it will banish cellulite.
As far as slimming and smoothing the skin, the Skineez reviewers claim that it works as well as other body shapers. The scent is fresh and not overpowering.

Brains on Beauty: Skineez Skincarewear was created by Clothes for a Cause, a multi-divisional women's apparel company that raises funds for women's health and focuses on Remote Area Medical (RAM) VolunteerCorps, the largest free health care clinic, which provides mammograms for women in need.

Always a sucker for a good cause and early detection of breast cancer, we would purchase Skineez over other competitive brands for that fact alone.

Skineez thigh slimmer or waist slimmer comes in extra small, small, medium, large, extra large and can be purchased at Macy's stores and Macy.com for $68.
